30-day returns
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to start a return
Email hello@velourakids.com with your order number and which items you'd like to return. We'll send instructions the same working day.
Damaged or missing items
Send a photo along with your order number and we'll replace or refund it — no need to send anything back.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received, usually within 5 working days.
