Open the shipping confirmation email and tap the tracking link to see live delivery progress.
Can't find the email?
Check your spam folder first, then email hello@velourakids.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
Still waiting?
If tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 working days, message us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
